How we grade

Everything we sell comes from the AIC Lab. Each item is tested, erased where it stores data, and given one of four grades. The listing notes any specific flaw, and the photos show it.

Grade Name What it looks like
A Excellent Looks close to new, with no wear visible at normal viewing distance.
B Good Light signs of use such as small scuffs or micro-scratches. The screen is free of marks visible when on.
C Fair Visible wear such as scratches, small dents or keyboard shine. Fully functional.
D For parts / repair Has the known issue described in the listing. Sold as-is.
