14-day returns
Changed your mind? Return any Grade A to C item within 14 days of delivery. It needs to come back in the condition we sent it, with everything that was included. Email us first and we'll send return instructions.
Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment within 5 business days. Return shipping is on you, unless the item wasn't as described or arrived damaged. In that case we pay for it.
30-day functional warranty
Grade A to C items are covered for 30 days from delivery. If a hardware fault stops the item working, we'll repair it, replace it with an equivalent, or refund you. We cover the shipping.
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems, or batteries wearing down normally.
Grade D (for parts / repair)
Grade D items are sold as-is, with the issue described in the listing. We accept a return only if the item isn't as described.
